Description
This PR migrates
dynamic_colorto AGP 9. I used the same Gradle/Kotlin/Java versions as influtter/packagesto keep consistency. I have also updated SDK constraints to match those fromflutter/packages.Tests
No platform-side tests are defined. The 3 Dart tests still pass.
